Drawings

A dimensioned plan and elevation with a materials list — enough for three builders to quote the same thing. A concept drawing, not a construction drawing. Print to PDF from the studio, or download the clean SVG once the pack is released.

Your measurements

Measured by you — RenoWorth hasn’t seen or measured the property. Every figure on the sheet comes from what you enter here.

Width (m)

Projection (m)

Height (m)

To boundary (m)

Boundary — national rule

Indicative only. Setbacks change with zone, lot size and overlays such as heritage, bushfire and flood, and councils read the same policy differently. Confirm with your council or a registered certifier before you build or buy materials.

The distance above is the national NCC rule and applies wherever you are. Set the property address to also see Deck (unroofed) setbacks for your state.

Your drawing

This is the sheet. Downloading removes the preview marks — nothing else changes.

I’ve read and accept the drawing terms: it’s a concept drawing, not for construction, and I’ll get planning approval and certification before any work starts.

Read the full terms

This is a concept drawing, not a construction drawing. It is produced from the measurements I entered, and RenoWorth has not measured or inspected the property.
Member sizes, spans, footings, bracing and wind and soil classification are not covered. They must be determined by a licensed builder or engineer under AS 1684 and the National Construction Code.
Setback and approval information in RenoWorth is an indicative guide only. Requirements change with zone, lot size and overlays such as heritage, bushfire and flood, and councils apply them differently.
I will obtain planning approval and building certification before any work starts, and before ordering materials.
I am responsible for confirming everything in this drawing with my council, a registered certifier, or a licensed builder.

Pick up to 3. They get the drawing and your email address — nothing else, and no one else.
